Hey Aunt Tammy Wood car Valley Cooks I've actually made to roast today I'm not feeling well but I had to roast an 8-lb could this one is a London broil they were both on a wonderful sale and they're just beautiful pieces of May so I thought I would slow cooked in both different ways today so that I can rest so I'm about to show you how to do a London broil and a braising pan and sooner if we're going to make beef tips and either serve them over cream potatoes or rice either way so I am just going to start by I think I'll go ahead and season it this is just Weber Steak & Chop is just what I like a good combination of spices and then I'm just going to take it and I'm going to cut it into cubes you can also take something like this and cook them me and use it in a chili if you'd like or of course I roast beast you or whatever but we are going to actually make baked chips out of it I made them not long ago and I didn't make a recording and my daughter thought they were one of the best things that she had eaten in months so I thought that I would share what I did with bad with you guys with this roast today that she bragged on it so much this is just beautiful made this is from angles I love their mate so you're just going to keep it up like that and now we're going to flower it and I'm going to get a I'm just going to use the and or just going to put some flour on it don't be shy with the flower toss it up make sure the Cody good that's what makes the v-chip so good okay alright now we're going to go over here I'm going to wash my hands through the go over here and make sure that the Panda Expresses I'll turn it on this for now I did it start getting hot how to make just a little bit of broth to go in here I'm going to put one tablespoon of Dale's seasoning steak seasoning and one cup of water of course we won't add this until we have cooked them for a little while
